Try some ski flying! When ice conditions are right you can fly a kite and get pulled at high speed.
Watch out for ice fisherman! Has to be quite a feeling when you get a good gust of wind.

I saw some of these ice sportsmen once and they not only get pulled at high speed but when conditions are right they become airborne and often cross their skis for "show". They appear to wear some kind of a support harness. Interesting and fun to watch!
