It's tough on the deer as winter drags on. Even with the milder weather the toll of the long winter has to be very hard on them. A bit of corn is always welcome. Feeding deer in a proper manner is important. You spread it out in little piles so they don't fight over one pile and of course don't exchange disease. The CWD is not in the north of course but there is no need to risk anything as there are other conditions.
