When you order fish in Bayfield it's nice to know it's been caught likely the same day. In the past the Bayfield Fish Company shipped a great deal of fish from Bayfield. Today a few local fisherman supply local restaurants with fresh Whitefish and Lake Trout. And there is nothing better then smoked Salmon to take home.
