Garden lovers are in luck on Saturday, June 2 and Sunday, June 3 when 20 Bayfield area gardens will participate in a weekend of garden tours from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.The Apple trees were blossoming when we took a tour up the hill. And down at the harbor the big boats were going in for the first big holiday weekend. Summer is about to begin! This last week Bayfield County just got drenched in rain so it's about as green as possible. Lush would be the word. Sadly a few roads were washed out and the cost is a hardship to Bell Township. There was a drought so perhaps it has been ended. Lake Superior may return to normal levels again.
